Thank you. Kristin and I particularly enjoyed the variety of tapas combinations and the magic of making local ingredients speak Spanish for an evening. But those two goofy chefs who came out of the kitchen to visit really need to work on their dance moves! We suggest a combination of tapas night with flamenco lessons next time.
